Ingredients: 1 wild rabbit | 1 head of garlic | 3 sprigs of rosemary | 2 bay leaves | 1 teaspoon of cloves | 1 teaspoon nutmeg | 3 tablespoons of olive oil | 1 beer | A little butter | piripiri q.b | Sweet pepper | Salt q.b
Preparation: Prepare the rabbit, chop the garlic, rosemary and bay leaf to the bocadimnhos, add a tablespoon of chili, soy, clove, nutmeg, piripiri to taste and beer. Let it marinate, 2 to 3 hours. In a pan, bring to the oven with olive oil and butter. Cover with aluminum foil.
