Preparation: Cut the meat to the cubes and scum. Then sauté with parsley, bay leaf, onion, olive oil and add the meat and wine. Let it clear a little. Then add the pepper to the strips and a little water if necessary, cloves and black pepper. Accompany with rice and chips.
